My name is Simon and I have been obsessed with health and fitness for as long as I can remember.

I started out skinny but through smart training and nutrition, I built over 20 pounds of lean muscle in just one year.

When I decided to go vegan to align with my values, I worried I would not be able to maintain the physique I had built and kept for over 10 years.

Initially, I struggled with what to eat and how to fuel my body properly on a plant-based diet.
